Embark on a Yoga Inspired Vacation in Guatamala

I hope you are having a wonderful summer and are enjoying some outdoor adventures!

I ran into one of my students Sunday night who just finished two weeks of vacation and was heading back to work on Monday.
She was feeling a little depressed about it and truthfully admitted that she wasn’t ready for her vacation time to end.
We all can relate to that sentiment.
We work so hard and plan so hard for our time off and it always seems to fly by and never be long enough

Vacations are essential to living a vibrant life.
They provide time to slow down and relax, play and laugh, and refuel yourself.
This is essential to your health and well-being.
When you feel refreshed and joyful you are better equipped to do your important work in the world.

Yoga vacations are the perfect way to take time off.
You get to go to a fabulous place and spend the week with really wonderful people. You can choose your own adventure each day either spending it relaxing or taking a fun excursion to explore the area and the local activities. Best of all, you get to start and end each day with a yoga practice!

Each time I have taken people on a yoga retreat the feedback is always, “This is the best vacation ever!”
It’s a great way to deepen your practice and rejuvenate yourself and it’s paced in such a way you will not feel like you need a vacation to rest up after your trip!

I am excited to bring a group to the beautiful retreat center, Villa Sumaya, on Lake Atitlan, Guatamala.

I hope you will join me

Love and Namaste
