Incorporate Essential Oils into your wellness routine:

Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Lemon and Lavender,
may be your best friends right now.
All are very healing and immune boosting Essential Oils.

Add them to your diffuser, and smell them often!

Lavender oil may be applied directly to your skin,
but all other oils listed here need to be diluted in a carrier oil
such as jojoba, sesame, almond or grapeseed oil before being applied to your skin.

Inhaling peppermint oil is great for headaches.
Place some blended peppermint oil in the palm of your hand and rub your hands together.
Hold your palms up over your nose and inhale!

Lavender and Lemon are both have antiviral properties.
Place a few drops of either oil (or blend them together) on a paper towel to wipe down surfaces and leave your space smelling great!


Moisturize your ears and nose 
It’s important to support the natural barriers of your nose and ears
and keep them well hydrated. 

Place a small amount of your moisturizer or oil blend into your palm. 
Add one drop of eucalyptus oil and mix it with your finger.

Moisturize and massage inside and back of each ear.
Making sure the smell is not too strong,
massage the oil into each nostril as well.
